The Pegasus Laboratory Power Supply range are DC high voltage power supplies suitable for a vast range of laboratory and industrial uses. A 19-inch rack-mounted configuration is standard on the HV power supplies.
The rackmount helps to reduce the unit weight, allows for serviceability, and gives ease of use. Correspondingly, air-insulation is on all units below 20kV. Furthermore, the option of grid and filament outputs makes this range suitable for electron beam systems and x-ray applications. Additionally, a standard analogue remote control is available. For separate operation mechanisms please contact our technical staff. For capacitor charging applications, at a low to moderate PRF (Pulse Repetition Frequency), the Pegasus can be adapted accordingly.

We provide the Pegasus range laboratory power supplies with several control options. For example, the entry-level unit omits a method of control on the front panel. To manage this, you will need to use the rear panel analogue/logic interface.
Comparatively, a second option provides front panel controls and digital metering. Notably, this is additional to the rear panel interface, which the user activates via a switch on the front panel.
Moreover, a third option is a secondary, external Control Panel that is compatible with both the preceding options. The secondary control panel allows the user to control the unit manually from a remote location.
If requested at the time of order, the rear panel ‘high voltage enable’ input may be used as a secondary command line to prevent the HV from initiating via the front panel.
Equally important is that this is an electronic interlock only and not sufficiently robust to be used in a safety context.
If you need a flexible platform, then the Pegasus laboratory power supply is the one to choose. Our team will be happy to discuss your specific requirements with you.
